how do I open the DVD/CD driver to insert a disk?

When I found how to do it in a help section, it just says to open the driver. Well that's my question "How to open the driver to insert a disk?

A "driver" is software, you can't insert a disk into it.

Do you mean the CD/DVD disk drive?

There should be a button on the front of the computer next to the DVD drive, it's usually on the right side. Some cases hide it, but there should be an area to push. After you push the button the DVD drive should open.

    Almost all CD/DVD drives have an eject button that when pushed will open the drive.  Look carefully, using a flashlight if necessary.

    If there really is no eject button ...

    • Press the Windows Logo button and E simultaneously
    • Right-click on the icon for your CD/DVD drive (under "Devices with removable storage") and click on "Eject"
    • The drive also should open if you just double-click on the icon

    I don't find any buttons on my pc or windows 10 on laptop to open it or even right side. this is my question how to open it.??
