I recently purchased this registry cleaner "RegClean Pro by Systweak". They promoted that they are a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner". Is this true?

After I upgraded oovoo to the latest version, I found that regclean/ systweak had installed itself uninvited. I definitely did not tick any box for that to happen. It then keeps trying to run scans and reporting viruses, which I think are non existent. You then have to buy the programme to remove these it says. If you ask me the regclean is the virus. There is no evidence of it being a MS partner, and MS should prosecute them for misrepresentation. I uninstalled it, but even then it keeps giving options not to delete it. Pass the word Regclean by systweak is a VIRUS.
