I recently purchased this registry cleaner "RegClean Pro by Systweak". They promoted that they are a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner". Is this true?

Hi Shekhar,
I went to the link but I don't know which country this company I am researching comes from.
The site is confusing to find information.
I am looking for systweak.com. Would you help me find if they are Gold partners?
I signed up for their 30 day trial with Advanced System Protection. It found a trojan so I bought it.
A few hours later, my computer was infected with numerous trojans which shut down my computer.
I did a system restore and they were gone.
They have refunded my money but I am not finished with them yet.
The world needs to know about them asap. I will be posting everywhere.
Thanks,
Deb
It took me to the United Kingdom with no mention of "REGSERVO"! what, if anything, is going on?? why is it so complicated to get an answer? Now "REGSERVO" is downloaded on my desktop! what does that mean? do I want it or is it a bug?
HELP!!
What is a Microsoft [Gold] Certified Partner?

As it turns out, this company is indeed currently listed on the (India) Microsoft Pinpoint site as "Gold Certified" -- not that this necessarily means you should use this product. Personally*, I would not recommend it (nor would I recommend any other automatic "registry cleaner" programs or "system tweaker" apps, which tend to do more harm than good).

Graeme
