Is "RegClean Pro by Systweak" as they state a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner"?

I recently purchased this registry cleaner  "RegClean Pro by Systweak". They promoted that they are a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner". Is this true?

    The same happen to me, I bought the program but nothing worked, my PC got worst, now I have uninstalled everything and its ok again

    If you freely gave them the debit card number, they didn't steal it.

    They stole my debit card number, and the bank had to close it down, and they are still trying to use it in the UK!!
