Couldn't find the post button so this will end up being a reply to mer2329. Sorry mer2329, I have no solutions only more complaints.
- In Windows Phone 7 Zune, I want to be able to see the Now Playing playlist. It is annoying that I can't add a song to the now playing list and then go back to the currently playing playlist and see the song added there. Or I would like to have an option to add a song to a specific playlist.
- I can't find a way to have a Recently Added Playlist in Zune Software. I don't buy my music from Microsoft even though I have a Zune music pass. Amazon is cheaper most of the time. It would be nice to be able to quickly jump to a Recently Added Playlist that would show the songs that I just bought.
- When I am looking at the songs list in my collection, I can no longer arrange by Artist and just start typing the artists name to jump to that point in the song list. It is really annoying having to scroll all the way down to P's. I thought I was able to just start typing and have it jump to the position I wanted based on the column the content was arranged by.
- When I purchase a song from Amazon that I had previously downloaded from Zune Pass, I want the Zune Pass song to be replaced and get out of my collection. I purchase songs so that I can put them on both mine and my wife's phones/computers and it is annoying to have to manually delete songs that were previously downloaded from Zune Pass. I also want the song that I bought to replace the songs on any playlists which it is a part of.
- Zune does not seem to be capable of managing two Windows Phones. Therefore, I have to use a network folder which contains our entire music/ video library. Then, to add insult to injury, I have to manage my wife's phone on her ancient laptop. Seriously, why can't Zune recognize two different phones and then use different Windows Live IDs. I do like that Zune stores all of the playlists I create in the network folder so that they automatically sync to my wife's computer. That part is a nice touch.
I do like the look of the software, and I am really enjoying my new Lumia 900.
