The Zune Feature Request & Suggestion Thread

I suggest to sticky this thread!

here are my suggests between zune and windows phone:

  • see new apps like top app list and if u click u can see lot of new apps
  • order lists by genre, date, price...
  • see the download, install and sync status of an app
  • see the apps installed in my phone

and here about zune:

  • In playlist view a now playng voice that easy help us manage playlists and now playng songs
  • in playlist and now playng edit details voice for id3tags without go to collection
  • Auto convert id3 tags to filename and viceversa
  • Sync with a usb thumb drive (like media player) not only with microsoft devices and burner
  • Save and read playlists in .m3u too that are universal without it's too complicate manage playlist between more softwares and devices
  • Show duplicate files in a playlist and if there are in another playlist too

    1. File download from Skydrive to Phone using Zune.

    There is no option to download file / photo from Skydrive to my phone using Zune software. I have to download it first to my computer and then I have to sync it with my phone using Zune. It will be very convenient If I can download content directly from Skydrive to my phone through Zune software. 

    2. Re-install app using Zune

    There is no option to download/install app again which is already purchased. I request to you add a feature to install app which are already purchased.

    I recently purchased a HTC-HD7 phone and downloaded/purchase all the apps which I like to my phone. Due to some hardware issue my phone are replaced with a new one. Now in this new phone I have to download all the apps again and there is no option in Zune to install the app again which are already purchased. Now I have to use my phone data plan (limited to 200 MB data plan) to install the apps again. This is not very convenient for the people who are having a limited data plan.

    3. Upload pictures to Skydrive automatically

    I think there is one option to upload the pictures to Skydrive automatically. But I think i will use the phone data plan. I will be better if we have to option to upload the pictures to Skydrive automatically when connected to Zune software instead of using Phone data plan.

    I am not sure if this is the right forum/place to post a request for new feature. Any one please let me know if above mentioned feature is already supported by WP7.

    REQUEST!!! NEWEST SEASON OF TOP GEAR (UK) Season 17. The last season (16) came out with a new episode every week the tuesday after it would air on BBC. PLEASE I NEED TO SEE THIS SHOW!!!!!!
