How do I shift my screen back to full page as it is not showing the left hand side?
If everything, the entire screen, has moved over you need to find the controls on the monitor, buttons or scroll wheels or a combination of the two.
At the website of the monitors manufacturer you might be able to download a Manual or User Guide for that model.
Or, have I misunderstood? Are you having this problem only with one or two programs? Which programs?

It's been a while, but do you still need help with this?
If you do still need help...
What e-mail program (installed program like Windows Live Mail or the Windows 10 Mail App) and/or web-based e-mail service
(Hotmail, Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are you using?
Don't post the address, but what's after the @ ?
If using a web-based e-mail service...
Which version of Windows?
Which version of Internet Explorer or are you using Edge or another browser?
