I tried this - uninstall/reinstall. I am still getting the error. Any other suggestions?
How do I reinstall WLDCore.dll?
i continue to receive pop up error message WLDCore.dll was not found, reinstalling the application may fix the problem.

I don't know the default value but it should work if you do a windows restore to a recent checkpoint.
