You are replying to a very old thread. Please ask your own question, giving as much information as possible about your system and your problem.
Msizap is a very powerful and dangerous tool. It should not be used to uninstall programs.
If you are trying to uninstall something, please identify it and report what happens when you try to uninstall it using normal methods (e.g., Control Panel > Add or Remove Progrmas).
If you get an error message, please provide the complete text without paraphrasing.
Here are a few suggestions about the sort of additional information that would be helpful (copied from frequent contributor ElderL):
Please provide additional information about your system as best you can:
What is your system make and model?
What is your XP Version and Service Pack?
Describe your current antivirus and anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc. Please don't forget to include the version and whether you've kept the subscription up to date.
Was the issue preceded by a power interruption, aborted restart, or improper shutdown? (this includes plug pulling, power buttons, removing the battery, etc.)
What do you see (exactly) that you don't think you should be seeing and when do you see it?
What do you not see that you think you should be seeing?
If the system used to work properly, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did work properly?
