How to get back the normal Windows color?

OT: Screen colors 

The colors on my screen changed to negative colors. I`m using Windows 7 and don´t know how to get back to normal colors, Thanks a lot for your help!!!!

  1. Did you make any changes to the computer recently?

I would suggest you to try the steps from the following link and see if that help.

    If someone is struggling to change their screen back to normal for when they accidently changed it to black and white go to "settings" than go to "Color & High contrast than select the bar that says "Choose a filter" and choose the option to "Protanopia" if none of this is found on your device than sorry I cannot help you any further.

    I have Win 10 Insider evaluation copy, build17046.rs prerelease. 171118 - 1403. When this build was installed my color disappeared on everything except the lock-screen. on startup the windows logo appears in color and then the lock-screen also, I then log in with my MSA account password, then the color disappears. Please help
