my whole home page or i should say everything is sideways and i cant get it back to normal!!!

Add to that CTRL+ALT Up ARROW or Down ARROW To FLIP the Screen Horizontal!

I have tried using your suggestion to return my background (Black) screen to it's normal setting but it did not work, although, if you have any more suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated...Thank you
