Why does Windows 7 have typing problems?

When i type on the internet or on games, I often open new tabs or open other problems, simply by typing.  Sometimes what I'm typing will get erased, filled in with something else, or just won't get typed at all.  I was told this is a Windows 7 bug.

    When our office updated our PCs from Vista to Win 7  I suddenly had issues with basic typing. When I type the cursor jumps around to various points within the body of the text. In email, it will not only jump around within the body of the text but will jump into the address box as well. I thought it was just me at first, and that I had suddenly developed some sort of physical condition around the same time that I upgraded to Win7.However I have found out that my coworkers are dealing with this as well. This is extremely annoying and a time killer. Any solutions?

    I  just changed my operating system from Vista to Windows 7- and now have the problem for the first time. I've had my Sony Vaio for over a year and never experienced this problem with this laptop or any other I've ever had... untill I installed Windows 7. I think it is definitely a W7 bug.. going to try touchfreeze... hope it's the fix some say it is. I can't work! it's costing me time and therefor money. Ready to go buy a new Mac. I have a 4 year old macbook... still going strong, never a problem (except the time I spilled a glass of wine on the key board and guess what? Apple care replaced my motherboard!).

    The difference is not a difference between XP and Vista or Windows 7.

    The difference is in the drivers that the laptop's manufacturer has

    made available for the various versions of Windows.
