I've just got windows 7 and I am having great difficulties in typing. Everytime I press the 'caps lock' key a little notification pops up on the bottom right of my screen. This isn't that annoying but it does stop me from typing for the second or
two that it is up for. How do I turn this pointless feature off so I can continue typing?
I had the same problem.
From various forums, I found that Keyboard Notification is related to your bluetooth driver.
So, first check what bluetooth driver you have.
Then go to following::
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE-><BLUETOOTH-DRIVER>
After this you have to search for Keyboard-Notification setting and change it to 0.
In my case it was with name "KBNotify". In you case, it can be different.
Solve it, and enjoy un-interrupted Mail-Writing/Gaming :)
I called support center and they helped me - I got rid of this annoying thing after hours trying different things I had read everywhere... Go to control panel, choose uninstall programme, choose "easy settings" and uninstall it. The computer restarts and after
that this popup thing about caps lock is gone (as well as the function of the "Fn" button - which doesn´t matter much... you still have all the functions of the computer!
