Is there a possibility to install windows 7 (clean install) without making a extra (hidden) partition "system reserved" from 100mb?
or how can I delete this partition after install ?
Why is it for?
I have the meaning that this slows down my hard drive a little ?

The 100MB partition is a system partition and contains boot files. Disk Manager will not allow you to remove this partition because removing this partition could cause the system to not boot.

Yes the boot partition can be relocated. In fact, its preferred position is at the front (the far left visually) before any other partitions with OSs. When used as the boot partition, the 100MB "System Reserved" is marked as THE active partition on the boot drive, so the bios has no problem finding it.
There are different ways to move partitions, the third party app Partition Wizard is very helpful. One can shrink the first partition to leave room for the 100MB "System Reserved" partition, then use "Copy Partition" to relocate it to the now empty space at the front of the drive. Once the new "System Reserved" is marked active (make sure the old partition is no longer active) it should be possible to boot to Windows 7 again. If not, use the DVD or the "System Repair" CD and do the "Startup Repair". Once booting is restored, return to Partition Wizard and remove the old 100MB partition and rearrange your partitions as desired.

Actually, the 100MB boot partition is a real help to dual booting. By using the Vista / Windows 7 bootmgr, you can install all of your OSs in logical partitions in an extended partition and boot to them (including 2000 and XP). You eliminate the 4 partition limitation, because you can have as many partitions as there are letters in the alphabet.
For those who insist on getting rid of the 100MB boot partition and all of its advantages, you need a third party utility like Partition Wizard to delete the boot partition, mark the Windows 7 partition as "Active", and use your install DVD or the "System Repair" CD to do a "Startup Repair." This will put all of your boot code in the Windows 7 partition and restore booting to 7.

From the perspective of space taken, it certainly is not. But in my case the system reserved partition is located right in between two large partitions on the hard drive and prevents resizing these two partitions by taking space from one and putting into the other since the two are no longer contiguous.
