2015-12-27T00:34:30+00:00 I tried this and it worked for me. https://repairtasks.codeplex.com/releases/view/616789. Why can't Microsoft write stuff like this?

Add your complaint. I can't be bothered to go through the rigermorole for the moment. It appears Microsoft is finally noticing they may have a problem with pissed off customers...

2015-12-20T18:01:42+00:00 I'm having the same issue. Actually, I deleted the files and recreated using the backup tool and I got a backup performed. But when I went back to do it again, got the same old error. So, I went back and tried the same commands and it's not working.
Tried multiple times to make sure I didn't mess something up during the attempt, always with the same result.
It's so frustrating that Microsoft has no answer for this. I have multiple corrupt files, can't backup. My calculator disappeared???

2015-12-18T00:16:51+00:00 I am so not impressed. Just sad that a huge corporation feel so threatened by some of the people who have supported it for over two decades. Your sarcasum is noted Satya. What sort of reaction do you expect but for us soon to be former customers to look elsewhere for an operating system?
