System backup error [0x80041321]

I am getting reminder to do system backup, when I attempt to do just that I receive message: the task image is corrupt or has been tampered with [0x80041321]. I cant backup anything now and am worried. Any help out there?

Hi

I get the same error message repeatedly. I have two external hard drives and have tried turning on each and saving to individual hard drives but the same message comes up.

Help please asap

The same happens for me too. I have two external hard drives which I can save to. I have turned on one and then the other hoping that I could at least save to one of them .. no luck.

Please can you throw some light on this error asap

Hi Sreekanth

Neither method works for me, When I try to run task scheduler It gives me the corrupted task image message,so I cannot get any further. And when I try the command prompt method it says access denied....

Any help with this woould be appreciated.
