System backup error [0x80041321]

I am getting reminder to do system backup, when I attempt to do just that I receive message: the task image is corrupt or has been tampered with [0x80041321]. I cant backup anything now and am worried. Any help out there?

At least ten people have asked you how to to re-configure the file backup. Doesn't anyone at Microsoft have an answer?

It didn't work. I use French version of Windows anyway and have been in touch with someone to resolve issue in January. Too busy lately to look into question. still getting popup icon reminding me to do backup though Problem persists
