Thank you so much! It worked!
My computer keeps shutting down...help please!
My computer shuts down unexpectedly...no warnings no error messages. I just installed Windows 7 successfully and it shut down after a few minutes online. Sometimes it shuts down after 2 or 3 minutes, sometimes longer. I was hoping it was a virus, so I did a clean install with Windows 7. Looks like that didn't help. Could it be the hard drive? Is there any way to troubleshoot what the problem could be? Could something inside the computer be loose? Any help would be really appreciated!

2018-07-04T10:33:57+00:00 Hi it could be your laptop is over heating.
Check your cooling fan is working, shut down your lap top then get your vacum cleaner and suck out all the fluff from all the air ducks from under your lap top, when you have done this then boot up and see if it still does it.
Good Luck.

2018-07-03T17:04:37+00:00 I just noticed my dell computer shutting down after a few minutes after I log in?
This has been going on for a few weeks? Hmmm
I checked the power on/off/sleep and I don't believe it's the problem.
(I also have a broken M key so forgive me if I misspell anything with MMMMMMMMMMM.
If it's a computer virus how do I fix this?
I am computer savvy and have a degree in BIT but not CS. Please help.
