Ctrl c not working

Hello, somehow I have managed to disable the shortcuts for cutting and pasting. I can only do it manually through the menu bar. I cannot Ctrl C or Ctrl V anymore - nothing happens! What have I done? Please help.

Annoying problem if you rely 100% on keyboard shortcuts!  I had the same problem and the fix is very easy.  You will need to uninstall your keyboard driver and restart your computer and your CTRL keys will function once again.  To do this:

1)  Click Start

2)  Control Panel

3)  Printers and Other Hardware

4)  Keyboard

5)  In the Keyboard Properties window, click Hardware

6)  Click Properties

7)  Click Driver

8)  Click Uninstall, click OK

9)  Restart your Computer

 Thank you for your reply back!

 Is this only happening in Microsoft Word or does this also occur in other programs like 'Notepad"?  I went to Microsoft Word support and am showing commands listed below.  Again, if only happening within Word, I would suggest going to site listed.

Character and paragraph formatting

To do this Press
Copy formatting from text. CTRL+SHIFT+C
Apply copied formatting to text. CTRL+SHIFT+V

    I have problems with my keyboard from day or two. 

    Example:

    I cant use crl c and other shortcuts. When I do it I can see c instead the text. I can use mouse but not keyboard for that task. Its not only word. Windows, any website in general. Some buttons dont work.

    Cant use arrow up and down, cant use apostrophe, when i click on search in windows and I would  leave it for some time apostrophe is continuously pressed magically... When Im writing apostrophe also switch on from time to time. Its very annoying.

    I made scan no result.

    Something changed and I dont know how to move this back. I switched restore point without success.

    I would be Grateful for any advice,

    Hi I tried this option but still my control key is not working. Mine is HP Laptop with Windows 7 Home premium and Intel core i3. please help.
