Next step is to create a bootable Windows XP CD as follows.

After you create the bootable CD verify that you (using the newly created CD) can boot to Windows (the interface will be similar to XP.
In the upper left of the Ultimate Boot CD desktop you show see the 'My Compter' icon. Right click and select 'Disk Management' and verify for me that you can see the drive partition information much like you did when you do from Windows 7. Don't do anything
at this point just verify you can boot from the CD and that 'Disk Management' display your hard drive partitions correctly. Then remove the CD from the optical drive and reboot to Windows 7.
