Windows Live Mail error: "One or more of the pictures in this message could not be found. When you send this message these pictures will not be included. Are you sure you want to send this message?"

I think this problem started with the new Windows Live Mail update a few days ago.  Everytime my wife tries to forward one of her emails with a picture of some sort or another Mail comes back with the message

 "One or more of the pictures in this message could not be found.  When you send this message these pictures will not be included.  Are you sure you want to send this message?"

If you answer Yes WLM does send the email and the picture(s) are there but convoluted.  Is there some setting I need to change to get back to the "old" WLM.

    I couldn't agree more.  This is the second major shortcoming on WLM.  The first was that when filing messages there is no auto-sort option that assists in selecting archive files in alphabetical order.  I wrote to Microsoft to ask why it had been omitted from WLM but got not the slightest bit of response.  This simple little facility was available in Outlook Express (now made obsolete by Microsoft) and now they have trashed the picture forwarding feature.  What annoys even more is that they keep claiming that the next version is "more advanced".  I don't think so - talk about the Emperors New Clothes - they must think the whole world is full of idiots.

    I finally figured out how I forwarded the received mail as an attachment. I have to hold down the CTRL key before clicking on the pointer on the Forward Down Arrow. That opens a small window that says Forward as Attachment. Then click on this new window to execute it.

    Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3538.0513)

    In the version above of Windows Live Mail that I am using there is a small down arrow below the forward icon.  hold cursor over that then click on "forward as attachment"

    So far the only way I've gotten the pictures to forward is to send the original message as an attachjment.  When you forward it to your self, you will see the attachement at the top of the forwarded message.  You can open it and see the original pictures.

    I tried fowarding the note as an attachment to myself, and it worked. I think when I held the pointer on the Forward Icon, I had the option to forward it as an attachment. When I tried to do it again, I could never get the option to foward the message as an attachment. The only option I had when holding the pointer on the Foward, was to Foward the message (Without the attachment option). What am I missing? How did I get the option to Foward the message as an attachment again?
