Error Code 66A

I keep getting an error code when I try to install the latest Security Update for .NET Framework 4 on Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB2160841)

Can't get it resolved...any suggestions?

Remove Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 with the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/08/28/8904493.aspx ) , reinstall the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 and install the Update.

while installing the "dotnetfx_cleanup_tool" an error occurring with reason entitled as " C:\Windows\system32\advpack.dll"

Kindly help me out of this problem.

Thank you, it worked perfect to go to Controlpanel, Add/Remove Program, Click on Microsoft Net Framework 4, select Repair. Ok. After finished, restart and then go to Windows Update and try again to install Framework updates it work perfectly for me.
