    And what e-mail program are you using?

    May I point out that you are:

    1. Hijacking a very old thread.
    2. Being very demanding of people that for the most part are volunteers and not employees of MS.

    If you are in a real hurry, contact Microsoft Support. Just be sure to have your credit card handy. I believe the current charge is $59.00 per incident.
