I cannot receive or send mail always there is an error coming as under

Unable to send or receive messages for the Windows Live Hotmail account.

Server Error: 0x80048849

hi,

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048849

When i was having above problem, i changed the settings on Internet Explorer and it solved my problem.

Just try this:

Tools, Internet Options, Connections, LAN Settings, uncheck the Automatically Detect Settings,OK. 

Advanced, Restore Advanced Settings, OK.

    Dear pc vrienden,

    Ik word al enige dagen onafgebroken gestoord door onderstaand venster na het openen van mijn Windows live.

    Mijn vrienden en familieleden roepen allemaal dat ik geen Windows live meer zou moeten gebruiken want die levert dit soort leveronbetrouwbaarheid.

    Dat heb ik nog niet gedaan want over het algemeen was ik wel tevreden over deze service.

    Hoe los ik deze storing op? Ik blijk wel met dat mailadres te kunnen mailen maar al een week niets meer te ontvangen.

    Ik ben jullie advies heel dankbaar.
