Problem Event Name: BEX, error message

Hi,

I'm working on a tool which is used mainly for replacing the data source location of Crystal XI report batch, this tool is working normally, but when trying to replace data source location of some reports and mainly when looping on report tables to replace the data source of each table, a Bex error is raised

by the way, DEP feature is disabled using command ==>  bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff

so

i need to know what is BEX error ?

why this error is raised when working with some reports not all of them?

how can i disable or work around this problem?

Could you please provide some more information? I have included a snapshot of a BEX error for your reference. Please post the snap shot so that I can get you the resolution.

    The exe I want to run says it has to have DEP. How do I fix it then?

    I have the BEX error on Origin and I want to disable it in DEP, because it write that I cant change it.

    Hi..I have this problem, when I click the right click on the desktop I get this problem it say windows explorer stopped working

    Dear community,

    my CIV 5 game does not start in Windows 8.1 due to a BEX error. Help is hightly appreciated. The DEP solution does not work for me in 8.1. Any suggestions?
