Hi - my name is Lee and I have tried everything that I have read in this thread so far and NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has worked for me. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium so I'm really at a loss. My last attmept was to go to the link you provided (see
below) and this didn't work for me either. Isn't there another way to define a location for ripping? Im at a total loss ;-(

I got the same and it drove me nuts for days!!!!!!
I got this solution and it worked and all is back to normal now :)
Go into Tools - Options - Rip Music and see if you have a location the music is being ripped to. I didn't when I looked, it was blank.
then go to Organise - Manage Libraries - Music, there should be a music folder location here, if there isn't press "add" and add the music folder.
Now do the same for the other 3 libraries, Videos, Pictures and Recorded tv, all should have locations, delete the ones without a location.
try to rip again.
hopefully like me you will be off and running again.
many thanks to Andy !!!!!!
