My taskbar keeps disappearing randomly and will not come back until I restart. Once I restart the taskbar comes back and then disappears again. I have looked at the other solutions from people having similar problems and the solutions do not work.

open Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del, click Task Manager)
Click on File>New Task (Run) and enter "explorer.exe" (without the quotes)
Then click OK.
Does it come back?

Try updating your graphics card, I did that and my taskbar doesn't disappear anymore. My problems was that every time I awoke my system from sleep mode the taskbar would be gone
Hello, just to say I have this problem also. I tried preview screensaver solution and it has worked for me. Not sure if there is a more permanent fix, but it is easier than having to stop what you are doing to restart.
