My taskbar keeps disappearing randomly and will not come back until I restart.  Once I restart the taskbar comes back and then disappears again. I have looked at the other solutions from people having similar problems and the solutions do not work.

open Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del, click Task Manager)

Click on File>New Task (Run) and enter "explorer.exe" (without the quotes)

Then click OK.

Does it come back?

I have tried everyone's solution to this problem from ending the explorer and restarting it from task manager to Angels screen saver fix and making it so my computer never goes into sleep mode and at this point, my task bar seems to be gone forever.  It is not set on auto hide and i do not have the ability to resize it.

Ive litterally tried everyones fix from this thread with no return of my task bar.  It wont even return when I restart anymore.

Anyone else having this issue or able to help me?

I even made a new user last night and it loaded a task bar, before reading all of this so i hadnt changed power settings to never go into sleep mode and the task bar went away when it went in sleep mode and I cant get that one back either now even with all of these answers.

    REALLY getting frustrated.

Thanks in advance to anyone who cant come up with a solution!!!

hey after reading some of the reply's i figured out that if you Right Click your desktop.. hit Personalize and click your Screen Saver.     *Preview* your screen saver and it should come back once you exit the screen saver.    must reset your monitor or something
