This might help for Windows 7:
On the computer having the problem...Go to Control Panel,
Click on Network and Internet,
Click on Network and Sharing Center,
Click on Manage wireless networks,
Click on Adapter properties,
Make sure Client for Microsoft Networks has a check mark,
If it doesn't...Check it,
then with it highlighted ...click the Install button,
you will see 3 network features you can install:
Client
Service
Protocol
Click on each feature...one at a time and click Add,
a window will pop up with a white box that may be empty or maybe not.
If it's empty and nothing is available click Cancel and move on to the next feature.
If anything is available in the box...click on it to highlight it and then click
OK.
Restart your computer and the problem should be solved.
If there were no network features available to add it probably means they were already added.
If that's the case then you have to also Turn On the Windows SNMP Service feature.
Go to Control Panel,
Click on Programs,
Click on Turn Windows features on or off,
Go to Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) and...
Go to Simple TCPIP Services and make sure all features are turned on
including the WMI SNMP Provider located in a subfolder of the (SNMP)
Restart your computer and that should finally solve the problem.
If it doesn't ...try going back to Client, Service, and Protocal and see if there are now features available to add
now that you turned on the SNMP and other windows features...if there are...add them.
That should definately do the trick...it worked for me.
Good Luck.................Rob

I did...

I also clicked on the Microsoft Network Adapter Multiplexor Protocol
Restart your computer and the problem should be solved.
After the restart everything worked for me. I also went in and checked the "Network Adapter Multiplexor Protocol" and it was unchecked again. So, I left it alone. If it does not work on your computer I would go through the finishing steps...
