hi please can someone help as i can't figure out how to switch on the inbuilt webcam on my sony viao i'm on windows 7 !!!!!

Hi Sarah,

Steps to turn on integrated WebCam on Sony Vaio Laptop

a.    Click on Start and then click on All programs.

b.    Go all the way to the bottom until you see “Arcsoft Webcam companion”

c.    Click on it and then click on Webcam companion 3 to turn your webcam.

That’s it.

    Hi. My laptop is Sony Vaio. My camera was perfectly functioning and I can take pictures using my laptop before by just clicking something on the upper portion of the screen but when the laptop was reformatted because of virus, the 'something' on the upper portion of the screen was gone and I can't take pictures anymore. How do I make it reappear? I need your help please. Thank you.

    What if you don't have arcsoft web companion ? I have been trying to repair this for a while now and cannot find a solution ! My laptop is running Windows 7 and is the Sony vaio VPCEH2H1E

    the webcam light comes on but no image is captured, it's just a black screen.  What can I do to remedy this issue?
