Original Title:  I want to download the complete mr fix it tool, but I can not find the location to do this.

I have downloaded this to my windows ep computer, but I can not find the donload when I am on my windows 7 computer.

    I did not see Mr. Fixit in all that pile of data most of which were not pertinent to my problem. Can't you be more specific than "browse around in ten or twenty pages of help and non-help webpages" ? The subject was downloading Fixit tool. I really do not want to wade thru 637000 results.

    He did not post a bad gateway link on 15 October 2012.  It was a perfectly valid link then.

    Microsoft have restructured their website since then.  Instead of finding the Fixit website then searching that, you search the Microsoft website itself.  So try searching Microsoft for the major fault symptom you are experiencing to see if Microsoft provides anything to help fix it.  In addition to that, try searching this forum for the same fault symptom to see what other users advise.
