Hello All,

Hope you're doing well,

Recently, I've updated Microsoft Edge Browser and it frequently gets blurred automatically. After some time, It gets back to normal. When I checked this problem on the Internet, It asked me to turn off Hardware Acceleration in my Browser.

I turned off & restarted the browser but I am still facing the same problem. I've attached a screenshot of how it looks. Could anyone help me fix this issue ASAP?

Thank You :)

Regards,

Advaith N Aithal

    Not sure that's a good idea. Not all of us know what "MAM" is...would rather keep this post live until there's a solid fix.

    Same issue, but this ONLY happens in the Edge for Work version, that automatically pops up when it somehow detects I am logged into my work-related MS Dynamics 365/CRM account or an Office 365 app.

    Non-"work" Edge does not ever blur.

    second this.
    This is probably related to MAM policies and edge for business. I kindly suggest that we close this thread and report any additional feedback on that one.

    @Paul,

    There's 8 pages of this issue in just 4 days time. Can you confirm that MS is working on a fix?

    I have the blurred pages happening on 2 different computers, both Win11, both with latest MS updates.

    @everyone

    Temporary Fix without needing to restart Edge:

    Step through the Cleartype settings to clear the blurred pages.

    Type "Cleartype" from Win11 Start, result should be the Control Panel's "Adjust Cleartype text", open this, and accept each prompt with OUT changing anything, by pressing each Next button and finally Finish button.

    I don't change any settings -- I just accept my current Cleartype settings, and the blurred pages in Edge go away ... temporarily. I prefer this temporary fix to restarting Edge (because I have many tabs open).

    Hope this helps,

    JP

    Suggest having a look at the posts by Microsoft employee SSatMS in this thread: Window Display in MS Edge Randomly Blurs
