Why am I not getting rewards points for searches?

I was searching for my daily rewards points on my phone and computer. For my computer I was rewarded for 9 searches, and it stopped granting points after that and on mobile only 2 searches granted points to my account. I tried multiple browsers and devices and searched a variety of searches. I would like to know if this is a bug or if I need to fix something on my end.

They changed everything lately. No more bonus as everyone has mentioned. Now, I just read on MSN that they are requiring a 3-search/15minutes capacity... they are calling it a "cooldown". So, you can only get 15 points per 15 mintues.... so much for Bing... I'll go back to Google Search for all my research... Bing isn't worth it anymore. It'll take forever to get any rewards so it's not worth it for a sub-par search engine. As of October, you could possibly max everything out in searches and activities and MAYBE get a $10 gift card in a month's time... now it'll take about twice that time... and you have to work on it throughout the day instead of an intense hour or two. I don't sit on a computer all day... only for a couple hours with work while I do product research... I'll search hundreds of websites in a couple hours... so all I could get from Microsoft Rewards is maybe 100 points... the rest of the 50 allowed per day in searches is unachievable as I'm not on all day.... so, forget it Bing, sorry, you lost a customer with this.

    support is just accusing everyone of using bots.
    I have also put in 2 tickets first one was closed with no troubleshooting or even verifying the issue.

    I put in all my searches manually and always have as it does not take long to come up with 30 searches on Desktop and then 20 on mobile to look up stuff to get the full point balance but now I can get like 15- 30 points on both desktop and mobile and it just locks up 3-6 searches and it breaks.

    if it is an AI algorithm designed to detect bots it is failing.

    update both tickets have been closed with no troubleshooting and just your using a bot accusations.

    they could just say up front that changes have been made these are the new rules but instead just accuse your customers of cheating the system that will go over great and if they put in support tickets just auto close them.

    what a dumpster fire.
    Great job M$ you are truly earning all the negative criticism you are receiving for the change and the way you are handling it by insulting your users.

    having the same issues. seems to give 20 points then it stops. MS changed something. i put out 3 tickets on 3 different days and first one they said sorry we had an issue that is now fixed. thanks for looking. no credits and as of this morning the 20 points limit is still there. someone should contact a class-action lawyer and have them send in a warning.

    I have had this same issue, all searches stop at 29 points awarded and now, today... No points for searches. Reading news works and daily activities, but not searches.

    Support claims there is no issue, that I'm using an automated process or bot (I do not)

    I believe they made a change and have eliminated this but don't want to say so.

    i did receive a reply that they closed my ticket with no points credit and this....

    We would like to inform you that changes were recently made within the search crediting system. No worries though, you'll start earning points after doing a couple of initial searches. Rest assured, the points that you will earn for the day will not be affected, you will still have the capability to earn until you reach your maximum daily earning limit.  

    yet today my first few searches were not rewarded. then a 20 point limit kicked in again

    i believe they have many tickets and are just closing them without any actions taken.
