Suddenly unable to use "collections" on Edge

Hello

That started suddenly

Activating the "collection" tab on Edge produce the following error in

"This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."

And on mobile (Edge for Android), "collection" buttons give that error:

"It's not you, it's us

Bing isn't available right now, but everything should be back to normal very soon."

This occurs only with my profile synced to my Microsoft account. Other profiles using other account work find on both devices

I would be Ok to completely erase my synced profile (but I don't know how to do that) but *not* my Microsoft account.

Microsoft should have left collections alone and local to the computer with sycronization only. Moving that entire service the cloud made it so you couldn't work "offline" with collections which some of the content I have in there doesn't need to be used online. This is one big Fail!

Go to settings and turn off sync.

Collections will work and your existing collections will be there.

There is no setting to turn off Collections sync. Since at least 112.0.1722.58, as long as you are logged in, you are forced to sync collections.

The collections I see while logged out are missing data I spent hours collecting while logged in. I theorize they contain none of the data I collected since 112.0.1722.58 while logged in. I can't test this under current conditions.

I wonder if this issue is some kind permissions mismatch fallout resulting from moving "Collections" in the root of the "..." menu to the "More Tools" menu...

Strange this.. The collections are on my phone still.. but not my laptop, I have tried clearing all cache and history, temp folders too, I have also rebooted.. still not available.. All my working folders are there, this is a major issue!

I tried to open it on my phone and it didn't work either.
