Suddenly unable to use "collections" on Edge

Hello

That started suddenly

Activating the "collection" tab on Edge produce the following error in

"This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."

And on mobile (Edge for Android), "collection" buttons give that error:

"It's not you, it's us

Bing isn't available right now, but everything should be back to normal very soon."

This occurs only with my profile synced to my Microsoft account. Other profiles using other account work find on both devices

I would be Ok to completely erase my synced profile (but I don't know how to do that) but *not* my Microsoft account.

    Check screenshots.

Nothing is shown, the collections window hangs loading and returns nothing.

    Same as on Mobile.

Will be glad if we could just delete my collections from my profile sync and reset them to blank but no options to do it.

edge://sync-internals show that Collections is synced correctly but still, when Collections tabs opens, it hands on CheckIPv6 function because dependencies are not trusted and cannot proceed, showing a blank window.

Other profiles are not affected except the Default one.

Are you sure is fixed ?

What do you see when you open the Collections panel?

The only way to sort is manually which is ridiculous.

But when you were able to sort automatically, order would not persist over invocations of the Collections panel. It now does.

Collections is a total failure of UX design.

I find Collections functionality so useful it takes the sting out of having to sort manually. I and others have asked Microsoft to restore sorting automatically.

    So is this feedback hub.

This is not a feedback hub. This is a forum where users help one another. If you want to send feedback, try Alt + Shift + I.

Edge Collections is NOT fixed for this issue: The ability to sort alphabetically by name or last used is NOT functioning.

The only way to sort is manually which is ridiculous.

The old way of folders in Windows 7 was much better.

Collections is a total failure of UX design.

    So is this feedback hub.

Even to ask for support, there is no option for Edge.

Even to send feedback in Collections it goes to Bing.

Seriously Microsoft needs serious support improvement. Thanks.
