My organization provides Microsoft Copilot for our use and it has been working great for months. however on Friday for some reason it started giving me a 'Coming Soon' screen. I thought it was temporary and left it alone, restarted my computer and came back today (Monday) and it's still broken. Please help.

    Hi!

I was one of those having these problem. In my case I also have Edu accounts, as I work at a School. The problem was that I had assigned both an A3 Faculty and an A3 Benefits for student license.

Once I unassigned the A3 for students from my account, Copilot came back.

I have to say that I had had those two licenses assigned since forever, but the problem kicked in a couple of weeks ago.

    Regards!

This works, but after signing in with my work account it gives the option to "Go to copilot for work", which then gives the "Coming soon" page.

Hi all, i have had this issue also, cleared caches several times and now it is up an running. I asked copilot what has happened and this is the response:

I’m sorry for the inconvenience! There was indeed an issue affecting Microsoft Copilot services recently. It seems there was a temporary outage that impacted users globally^1^^2^. The good news is that the issue has been resolved, and everything should be back to normal now

Hii, is this a Microsoft problem or a computer problem because it works on my dad's computer and not mine. Like I sais and when you asked us to do the DNS it didn't worked for me and it shows three things, one for Connection for the Bluetooth, the Ethernet and for the Wifi. You didn't say wich one to do so I did all of them, it did nothing to my computer so I dont know what to do.

Have a good day and if it worked or if you have news tell us please.
