copilot.microsoft.com says 'coming soon'

My organization provides Microsoft Copilot for our use and it has been working great for months. however on Friday for some reason it started giving me a 'Coming Soon' screen. I thought it was temporary and left it alone, restarted my computer and came back today (Monday) and it's still broken. Please help.

    Coming Soon ⏳

    This Copilot screen you all were seeing was because it was in between (previous) Copilot and the Redesigned Copilot. At this point in time everyone should have a fully functioning (new) Copilot.

    If necessary, remove any Copilot in the machine & grab the Redesign from MS Store or through Azure.

    My Copilot program isn’t functioning properly with any browser. It's odd that a Microsoft product works for you on Google Chrome but not in its own browser, Microsoft Edge. I’ve asked several members of the IT team to look into the issue, but they haven't been able to resolve it yet. They are escalating the problem for further assistance.
