My organization provides Microsoft Copilot for our use and it has been working great for months. however on Friday for some reason it started giving me a 'Coming Soon' screen. I thought it was temporary and left it alone, restarted my computer and came back today (Monday) and it's still broken. Please help.

This is something that my admin did around the time we were talking with the advanced team at Microsoft. Once my issue was resolved, however, it wasn't clear which change was the solution. Still waiting to hear back if there is any general guidance that I can give everyone. They missed my original request, because the ticket was closed, but now they've reopened it because others have been having similar issues (edu).

Sorry - No solution othe than to try a different browser, or Edge InPrivate.

Same problem here yesterday and today. Happened yesterday, and I realized if I switch to Chrome, or use Edge Inprivate browsing, I can get in. So I cleared cache, cookies etc in Edge. Rebooted. Same problem. So only fails in Edge? Come on Microsoft. Seems like a lot of us are having this issue recently. Our company is big on ChatGPT, and I want them on Copilot. So this is not a good sign of the stability of the experience. Guess it's back to Google Chrome to use Microsoft tech. Frustrating. Sorry I don't have a solution.

But later in the afternoon, it started working. It took about 5 or more logons and MFA / Authenticator prompts for it to finally settle down and let me use CoPilot Chat on Edge, and worked all afternoon, and now today back to "Coming Soon".

And yet others in my company are having no issues.

Update, today on Edge InPrivate, it has a new message "Something went wrong". Click OK a small white window says "authentication Required" I click authenticate. It repeated this cycle 5 times, and then CoPilot worked InPrivate. Still not in normal Edge.

Update 10/22 10:35AM MST - I just wanted to update everyone that has been waiting for a resolution. My instance started working on Monday morning and they closed the ticket. I asked on the behalf of people in this discussion what others should do who have the same problem. I have not heard back yet. I personally think they're handling it on a case-by-case basis and it might behoove you to open your own ticket in service hub via your administrator. I'll update again if there is more information I can relay.

Hi, I had the same problem (displaying the 'coming soon message') and this originated after I installed the automatic updates, yesterday.

What worked for me: I cleared the browser cache and cookies. This resolved the issue.

Hi, can it may be because I have an old computer?? New update I always use Microsoft Edge and it doesn't work. They also erase the logo of copilot on my search bar at the right instead it's a microphone?? Its very weird because I used Copilot in the last summer and it perfectly work. It works also on my dad computer but not mine.

    Thank you
