My Microsoft Edge browser keeps freezing up. I have tried all the suggested solutions with no success. I like the design and functionality offered by Edge, but will change to Firefox until I get a notice that Microsoft has fixed the problem with Edge freeze ups.

I am having the same problem with Edge hanging up. I checked the version of my system and it is 98.0.1108.43. Is this the latest and greatest version?
I don't know what else can be done to correct the hanging situation.

Thanks for all the responses! Kandyman had an action that frees up the frozen Edge right away. It needs to be done occasionally, at least once a day, but it's a start. My Edge seems to freeze up about five minutes after I sit down to read or write a story. I've done the action below when it freezes up.
Run Task Manager. On the Processes tab, expand 'Microsoft Edge' to show its sub processes. Right-click on 'GPU Process' and select 'End Task'. When 'GPU process' is restarted, all tabs are un-frozen.
I changed my default web browser to Firefox but still use Edge. That seems to have cleared it up for me. Will continue to provide updates.
Another issue mine has been having is, only partially loading a page. Often on, say social media, a page will load only about 30% , then the rest of the page is blank. I'd really like to stick with Edge but, this is frustrating.
