"Add note" on new edge browser

is there any schedule on returning "add note" function to the new Edge browser? This function was the core and unique feature of the original Edge, absent from all other competitors. It worked perfectly on my Surface Pro 4. The lack of it in the new Edge makes it ordinary and indifferent, just like Nokia/Blackberry switching to Android system.

Please make this function return again very soon. otherwise, the market share of Edge will deplete even further.

    The ability to write on the screen "Was" the only benefit to using EDGE... and now it's gone... PUT IT BACK ASAP.

    YES. Is there any way to return to the previous version with "Add Note" facility ? till the feature appears in new one.

    I really, really want the 'Add Notes' feature to return. It was my favourite thing about Edge!

    Dear Microsoft,

    Please, return the Add Note and the ePUB reader feature to the new Edge or quickly create us extensions capable of doing these. We all believe this is likely to increase the millions of people switching over to the new Edge browser.

    Hi there, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, that is not a complete solution. As far as I could figure out, we will not be able to add notes to the entire page, without jumping back and forth to create multiple screenshots as we scroll down the page.

    Am I missing something?
