why am i getting charged for total ad blocker because i have never even seen any advertisement or anythinglike that i would like my money back.

    Trying to get an honest answer to people's requests for a refund or to cancel their subscription seems to be an impossibility, the sites you direct people to just go round in a loop, Why do you request that no-one should contact their credit card company? You are not "happy" to work towards a solution to their problem as you suggest, so what is their alternative. One needs to be an IT specialist to negotiate you sites.
