Hey, everyone!

I understand that there are a lot of frustrations when clicking a link and seeing this error. This isn't an experience we want for our users. However, we also do not want a thread turning into an unconstructive conversation that does not help us investigate what is happening here. We are listening to you all and currently digging into what is happening but we continue to need more information, and encouraging users to move to another browser inhibits our ability to investigate.

    I downloaded the latest new Microsoft Edge Browser. It works fine except for Microsoft News. This is the only time when pages do not respond and so I am unable to view and browse Microsoft News. I uninstalled the new Microsoft Edge Browser going back to the older edge browser and I do not have the problem with pages not responding. I really like the new Microsoft Edge browser for speed but when pages do not respond when viewing Microsoft News, the new edge browser it become less desirable.

    I'm having this exact same issue. Tried clearing history and restarting computer. Very annoying. Using the updated version of Edge and Bing search.

    Hi there, have similar problem when viewing sites on cisco.com like:
    Configuration and Administration of the IM and Presence Service on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Release 11.5(1) - IM and Presence Service Features and Functions [Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM & Presence Service] - Cisco

    sooner or later a popup comes in front with a message that the site do not respond. 

    wait option do nothing

    exit option is leaving me with a "A problem encountered on this site" you can open a new tab or refresh the site. Errorcode: RESLULT_CODE_HUNG
