This thread has run its course and would be locked.Ā 

There is no way to go back to Edge Legacy if you have a new version of Edge installed.

Why can't I uninstall Microsoft Edge?

    If you uninstall the new Edge, then the old Edge will be re-instated . .

    Then, follow the steps from Shawn Brink on the page below to run the old and new Edge browsers side by side on your PC:

    no it does not, if you uninstall edge then both versions are gone unless you clean install windows again. apparently they are trying very hard to cover something up ... i hate the new version and am also looking for old version in its own installer ... i guess ill tear the CD apart file by file until i find it ... i couldn't even find it in add remove windows features list (win 10 2016 LTSB)

    You could try to download my dump of the old edge from hereĀ 

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1woRaV-3x6R3Ed05tWzjhq98opkATeEkv/view?usp=sharing

    Ā then extract it and move the extracted folder here: C:\Windows\SystemApps

    then download thisĀ http://www.edgemanage.emmet-gray.com/Articles/EdgeLaunch.htmlĀ to launch edge (since you cant launch edge from its exe)
