videos in windows edge keep stopping and restarting

The videos in Edge keep stopping and restarting. Some go for 18 seconds, other go almost all the way to the end then start over. I have done all the so called "fixes" I have found on the internet, and nothing works. The problem only happens when watching videos in Edge home page. Videos in Facebook and others work fine.

    Very pathetic. Does it do this problem on Windows 11? If not, is that their way of getting us to switch?
