Webpages do not load without hitting the refresh button several times.

Yes, here it's 2 years later and my husband and I are both experiencing this issue.

This is 100% a Windows 11 issue. I started having the same issue impacting all browsers tested (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge) soon after upgrading from Windows 10. I have observed the Chrome network console and see random failures including images, .css, and .js files associated with a given page. Also observed errors specifically denoting failures loading from cache. Typically a new page fails to load completely on first load and with 1-2 refreshes the page loads in its entirety.

I am 100% positive this started with Windows 11 as I had Windows 10 up until a few months ago and never previously experienced this issue. As previously stated the issue is not tied to Chrome and I have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps suggested like clearing network cache, flushing DNS etc.

Not just windows 11, I recently installed a new SSD and fresh install of windows 10 and it happens on the new drive but if I swap to my old drive everything works fine. Doesn’t appear to be a network or hardware issue. Only difference is version of 10 I assume?

So I think I found the answer. It worked for me anyway. I was having the same problem, having to spam the refresh button to load pages. Also, I would have to retry the login on the start screen of most video games. Multiple devices connected to the router had the same issue. The fix that 100% worked for me was to enable DHCP in my routers IPv6 settings. Don't know why but that option was disabled by default. Hope that helps someone.

2 laptop 3 desktop with window 10 and one with window 11 with reinstall all of them still do it
