Webpages do not load until I hit the refresh button several times. Happens 80% of the pages I try to open.
I can't open the database in my school library website when connecting my own mobile phone hotspot, but I can open other web pages. I can open these databases normally when connecting other people's hotspots. What is the problem?

Facing same issues for over a year, spending time to look for a possible issue or a workaround, with no luck so far.
Today I found this thread, so leaving by $0.02
Its happening across all browsers and only on windows, so its confirmed that its nothing to do with my wifi network, and nothing to do with 1 browser cache/dns issues. its gotta be a windows bug.
I am having the same issue [Webpages often do not load until I hit the refresh button several times] :
- Other browsers (Google chrome/ Firefox/ Apple Safari) do work.
- Only the edge browser has this feature-bug.
Also, there is a new annoyance (a large unsightly blue Bing Button is plastered on the top right without an easy way to remove it), is it time to switch to Firefox?
- It's annoying
- Its features are unnecessary
- It's most unpleasing to the eye
- It gets in the way of browsing
i have had this exact issue for over a year, on my old laptop win 10, in the browsers, both chrome and edge, in games, like MSfs2020, steam, etc.
weather at home spectrum wired internet, or at my work on Starlink.
i got a new computer in november 2023 with win 11. and i still have the exact same issue. it started as soon as i first botted up the computer and let it do its updates, nothing installed. downloaded chrome and it began to do the same thing as edge.
so its not the modem, the router, the ISP, the hardware, the version of windows 10 or 11.
it must be a microsoft thing that affects both win 10 and 11.
this new pc has latest state of the art expensive gaming components and should be an absolute blazing fast beast. and it is in everything but loaded web pages or login screens to games.
WHY!?!?!?
since today and yes and i have tried to find every answer possible when i run the troubleshoot nothing comes about because im connected to the internet. theres no reason for it can you help?
