I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback but can't!

I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback several times and I was told I had to add a phone number. I only have one and when I added it, the system said it could not be added and to choose another. I HAVE NO OTHER! So my cashback is in limbo. When I contacted customer support I was eventually sent an email telling me to contact MSA. Of course when I clicked on the link to MSA, I was met with a page which simply stated "This page isn’t working right now support.microsoft.com can't currently handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500"

Thanks for nothing!!

    I CANNOT GET MICROSOFT CASH TO TRANSFER FUNDS. IT SAYS IT IS SENDING ME A CODE BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS. PLEASE HELP.

    Same issue as above, and spent almost an hour in MS Chat and kept getting bounced around to 3 different "chatters" then to a Customer Support page to fill out. Forget it. I'm marking my Cashback emails as Spam and moving on.
