When typing comments in Facebook using Chrome or Microsoft Edge, if I use the backspace key on my keyboard, the entire window jumps up a page so where I was typing is now just off the top of my screen and I have to scroll up to see what I'm typing and if I have to use my backspace again, it scrolls off the top, again.
Is anyone else's Facebook page jumping like this? It only happens on Facebook too by the way.

I have Windows 10 and it started doing this to me THIS week. It is SO annoying. It does it EVERY time. I type the first letter and it jumps down so the line I am starting to type is just off the screen. I saw someone else post that they changed their magnification to 150 and then back to 100 and it stopped. SO, I did that and SO FAR SO GOOD. It appears to have stopped.
It scrolls away any time I type in a comments bar!
I set mine to 100% and the scrolling stopped. Thanks for this!
I followed the guy's advice to click on the 3-dots in the Upper Right corner and change Zoom to 90% and then back to 100% (or whatever % you desire), I was surprised that this simple tweak worked. This issue is a Facebook bug. They don't seem to care to fix minor bugs, it's probably stuck in someone's "Things To Do" folder.
Cheers,
Kyd
This is the least helpful comment imaginable. There are 11 pages in the thread so far. To be more helpful, you could quote the solution, indicate the poster or date... really, anything but waste the time by saying -- go search more. I have read about half the thread. Mostly people saying me too, me too, me too. One person suggested changing the zoom. That didn't work for me or many others.
