Page jumps when I press Backspace key while typing a comment on Facebook

When typing comments in Facebook using Chrome or Microsoft Edge, if I use the backspace key on my keyboard, the entire window jumps up a page so where I was typing is now just off the top of my screen and I have to scroll up to see what I'm typing and if I have to use my backspace again, it scrolls off the top, again.

Is anyone else's Facebook page jumping like this? It only happens on Facebook too by the way.

I have the same issue in Edge and in Chrome. It does not happen in Firefox.

It would be nice if this could be solved. It's not enough to get me to go back to Firefox, but you never know.

I have Windows 10 and use Firefox, and I also have this problem, except my comment box jumps to the bottom of my screen.

I, also, discovered a workaround pressing Ctrl+Enter before typing. Yes, that will add a blank line in the text, but I don't suffer of this problem during typing. Also, note that this problem appears in Firefox, Opera and Vivaldi browsers too.
