Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 10

When typing comments in Facebook using Chrome or Microsoft Edge, if I use the backspace key on my keyboard, the entire window jumps up a page so where I was typing is now just off the top of my screen and I have to scroll up to see what I'm typing and if I have to use my backspace again, it scrolls off the top, again.
Is anyone else's Facebook page jumping like this? It only happens on Facebook too by the way.

That worked as a workaround!
Same here. Happening on Chrome -- ONLY on Facebook -- for the past two weeks. I thought I had a keyboard glitch until I found this discussion.
The only fix I've found that seems to work is starting all responses by pressing Shift and Enter. But it's a clunky workaround, and I hope that FB realizes they have a major problem that needs to be fixed.
If you are replying to me, I don't even have windows 11.
It's because you have the windows 11 Display Custom Scaling on.
System --> Display --> Custom Scaling. It even says changing it will cause funky things to happen. Set it back to 100 and log off and back on.
What do you mean, "original settings"? My Chrome zoom was always on 100 and then I had to change it to 90 to keep from scrolling on FB..... It seems as if you did all the same things and nothing worked until you put zoom back to the "original setting"....? What does that mean?
